I'm Meg Parker and I'm an intentional health coach. As an owner of River Stone Wellness, thru my journey I realized that the working world is facing the next smoking disease. Careers are leading lifestyles that create weight gain, lack of energy, emotional imbalances, and elevated stress levels causing the weekend warrior syndrome.
